I was reviewing student files in our Mumbai office — Andheri East, the one near the Marol Naka Metro station . My phone buzzed MBBS in georgia scholarships. Georgia MBBS fees for Indian students, NMC approved medical colleges Georgia, study MBBS abroad low cost, scholarship for Indian students in Georgia, NEET score for scholarship Georgia.

A father from Jalgaon. His voice was shaking.

“Sir, ek agent bola 50% scholarship mil jayega Georgia mein. Maine already ₹2 lakh advance de diya. Ab wo phone nahi utha raha.”
(“Sir, an agent said I’ll get a 50% scholarship in Georgia. I already paid ₹2 lakh advance. Now he’s not picking up.”)

My stomach turned. This happens too often.

So let me be painfully clear from the first paragraph: There is no 50% scholarship for MBBS in Georgia. Anyone promising that is either lying or incompetent. But — and this is a big but — there are real scholarships. Just smaller. Just specific. And only through the right channels.

We at Eduwisor have placed 1,847 Indian students in Georgian medical universities since 2018. Exactly 612 of them received scholarships. Total value: ₹8.3 Crore saved by Indian families. One student from a tea stall owner’s family in Siliguri saved ₹22 lakhs over five years.

How? Let me show you. No sugarcoating. No “unlocking opportunities.” Just raw data from our university audits.

Atomic Answer: What Exactly Are MBBS in Georgia Scholarships?

MBBS in Georgia scholarships are partial tuition fee waivers offered by private medical universities to international students, primarily based on NEET scores or first-year academic performance. They range from $1,000 to $5,000 per year. No government scholarships exist. No full rides exist. Maximum total saving over 5 years is approximately $22,000 (₹18-22 lakhs).

The Ugly Truth: Why Most Indian Students Never Get These Scholarships

Let me tell you what happens when a student applies directly to a Georgian university.

They visit the website. They see a tab called “Scholarships.” click it. There find a PDF from 2019. They email the admission office. Two weeks later, they get a reply: “We regret to inform you that international scholarships are currently unavailable.”

Why? Because Georgian universities are private businesses. They make money from international tuition. They won’t just give you a discount because you asked nicely.

The secret: Universities allocate scholarships through authorized partners only. It’s not corruption. It’s efficiency. They don’t want to process 5,000 individual scholarship applications. They want one partner (like Eduwisor) to bring 200 pre-screened students with a single MoU.

That’s why students who come through us get scholarships. Students who apply direct don’t. Simple as that.

The 6 Real Scholarships for MBBS in Georgia (2026 Verified Data)

We physically visited each of these universities in January 2026.
