The college has an academic building with adequate facilities. The attached TMSS Medical College & Rafatullah Community Hospital is a tertiary care referral medical facility and provides excellent training to students and junior doctors. There are postgraduate training facilities for Medicine, Surgery, Gynae & Obstetrics, Paediatric, Radiology & Imaging, and Anesthesiology discipline which are recognized by the Bangladesh College of Physicians and Surgeons (BCPS).
The Hospital has arrangements for 750 inpatients. The construction of a 1000 bedded hospital is in progress.
